Bilateral leg pain in a geriatric male

An 87yo male presented with bilateral leg and lower back pain following a lifting injury. Examination revealed a primary left sacrum subluxation of the sacroiliac joint (SIJ) and lumbosacral disc which was corrected using specific Gonstead Chiropractic adjustments. The leg pain and low back pain resolved in a 4-week period.
